Our first balloon ride was an incredible experience thanks to the exceptional care and expertise from Justin and Keisha. We were so pleased! We flew in mid-December and found it pleasantly warm in the air. Just a tip: be prepared for wind and have an alternative date ready. We needed to stay flexible, but it all worked out in the end.

The balloon ride felt overcrowded with eight of us in a tight basket. It lasted around 40 minutes in total, and the landing was quite harsh as we hit a cement parking lot. However, the toast afterward was a nice touch.

Our team was very experienced and kept us informed at every stage. They even changed our launch location to align with the wind for a longer ride. I will definitely do this again.
