We were expecting a greater focus on history. While the church was stunning from the outside and was once a vibrant community hub, now "Old Town" primarily consists of shops. Although some of them feature genuine artists, there are numerous tourist-oriented stores as well. A few historical restaurants stood out as quite good. If you seek a more historical experience, this may not be suitable for you.
The walking tour of Old Albuquerque was ideal for our group of friends. We had the freedom to pause at points of interest and move on when we were ready. We began at a charming café and ended at High Noon, a delightful taverna with fantastic food. Thank you for the lovely experience!
This place is fantastic. There are numerous interesting and unique shops, and I enjoy the calming atmosphere. It’s a must-visit if you're in Albuquerque, plus there are three parking areas around the perimeter.
This was a great way to explore Old Town. It was straightforward and packed with information. The attractions were engaging, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
I never got to participate. The TripAdvisor app directed me to another app for the tour, which required signing up. It felt like too much effort and wasn't user-friendly or quick.
This tour was outstanding, providing extensive information about all the locations we visited. It was an excellent opportunity to gain insight into the history of the old town.
Misty provided an outstanding experience. She offered an engaging history lesson while keeping it entertaining. Her passion for her work was evident. This tour is highly recommended.
Starting this activity was quite challenging, and navigating it proved to be a hassle. We gave up after 20 minutes and decided to explore the old town by ourselves, which was much easier.
The tour offered great flexibility to accommodate our schedule. It was highly informative and perfectly suited our needs, taking us to locations we likely would have overlooked on our own.
This is an extensive historical tour that covers many fascinating events and sites.
