The experience in the air was enjoyable, and I always felt secure during the ride. However, I found the interactions among the family members operating the balloon a bit off-putting, as there was some yelling and unkind treatment towards each other. It would have been nicer to experience a more pleasant atmosphere without their family drama.
This experience was absolutely incredible. Our pilot was highly skilled and enjoyable to be with, capable of landing with precision. The crew was also very supportive. You might find more expensive options, but none offer a better experience than this.
