This was a fantastic experience. The process of buying tickets and checking in, both online and on-site, was smooth and straightforward. Our pilot, Alfred, was friendly and well-informed, expertly guiding us throughout the flight. I wished the tour could have been longer; once you're floating, it's hard to want to descend. I also hoped for a bit more variety in the sights, as the winds were calm, which may have limited our range. Overall, it was an excellent experience that I highly recommend.

We had planned our hot air balloon ride for Thursday morning, but due to the winds, we needed to reschedule. The team was fantastic, and we ended up going the next day. Alfred, our pilot, was wonderful, making the ride and landing enjoyable. The hardest part was getting out of the balloon, but I would gladly do it again.
Troy was an amazing pilot, and we thoroughly enjoyed our first flight. We would absolutely come back for another experience.
