The communication from this company was excellent, and they provided timely pick-up and drop-off at our hotel. All the staff were friendly and enthusiastic about showing us around, even granting us extra time at various stops. The pace was unhurried, which contributed to a relaxing experience. We enjoyed fantastic sights and had a great time. I highly recommend this tour.
Dali Tours stands out as the premier tour company in Zakynthos Town, offering well-organized experiences with high-quality sightseeing, boats, and buses. It’s particularly appealing because they cater to small groups rather than overwhelming crowds. I highly recommend them.
The hotel pickup was as promised, and the trip featured lovely destinations. The farm visit stood out as a highlight. Unfortunately, the boat tour was shortened due to poor weather. However, the restaurant at the port was excellent.
I spent 70 euros on this tour, only to find out upon arrival that my ticket didn’t cover the boat, which costs an additional 50 euros. It's impossible to explore the sea caves without a boat.
This excursion was outstanding. The guide was attentive and genuinely interested in sharing the island's history with us. Additionally, the coffee stop offered fantastic local dishes.
We chose the all-day shipwreck beach tour, and it truly was the highlight of our vacation. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally organized. Our guide and driver, Nikos, was fantastic—friendly, humorous, and full of useful information. He also provided complimentary water bottles and motion sickness pills, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable.
We took this tour in May last year, right after enjoying a tour with Nikos to Marathonisi and Cameo Island. It was a pleasant surprise when he picked us up for this tour as well. Given that it was off season, our group was quite small. Nikos also brought along his new drone, and we had a great time figuring out how to take pictures with it. The tour included stunning viewpoints and allowed us to choose a few additional stops along the way. It was a laid-back and enjoyable day where we felt like we experienced all the unique highlights of the island. This tour is definitely worth both your time and money. We gained a lot of knowledge about Zakynthos. Thanks, Nikos, for such fun days!
The staff on the tour were exceptionally friendly and committed, prioritizing our experience throughout the day. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and fulfilling day, and I would highly recommend this tour to all.
The experience fell short of our expectations. We were notified by email the day before that pick-up was at 8:00 am, but the hotel receptionist learned it would be at 8:45 am, causing a frustrating 45-minute delay during which we could have made other plans. Although the driver was courteous, he didn't act as a tour guide. The experience was primarily focused on transportation, lacking in-depth information about Zakynthos and failing to provide any cultural elements typical of similar excursions. No local produce tasting or genuine Greek experiences were offered, which is often a highlight of such tours. Upon reaching the office, we were unexpectedly asked to pay separately for the boat ride, a cost that was not clearly mentioned at the time of booking, leading to confusion and disappointment. The boat itself was quite basic and did not align with reasonable expectations for a paid excursion. There were no options for purchasing refreshments on board, and the boat's condition was subpar compared to other experiences we've had. Moreover, the staff member on board, who seemed responsible for guest engagement, interacted with very few people and showed little initiative in involving the rest of the group, which felt unprofessional. During our swimming stop, there were no snorkeling supplies or safety measures like life vests offered. Simply telling non-swimmers to stay on the boat is not a sufficient means of ensuring guest safety. Overall, the experience did not warrant the £120 price tag. We've taken similar excursions in Greece at comparable or even lower prices that included refreshments, food cooked on board, engaging guides, and a much higher level of service.
We arranged our tour directly with Xenia, who was courteous and knowledgeable. The experience commenced with complimentary bottles of water, blending driving and a boat ride. Our guide Phillip was outstanding, maintaining a calm demeanor while providing valuable insights into each site’s history. The boat tour was a highlight, offering breathtaking views and a magical experience swimming in the caves, alongside our visit to the welcoming Olive farm family, who had a charming little farm. We had plenty of time at every spot and never felt rushed during this full day, allowing us to see most of Zakynthos' attractions. Highly recommended.
