Josh, our guide, was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable and helpful. We were the first ones to launch from the shore and the last ones to return. The brown bag lunch was fantastic, and we even received a lollipop. Great job.
Our kayaking adventure on the lake was a highlight of our Yellowstone trip. The tranquility of the early morning on the lake was amazing, and Josh's insightful commentary enhanced the experience. We were fortunate to witness the Arch geyser erupt after a brief wait. Returning to the beach, we enjoyed a simple yet tasty lunch of sandwiches and snacks, along with great conversations with fellow travelers from various countries. I wholeheartedly recommend this trip as a delightful escape from the hassle of finding parking and walking on boardwalks.
Our family, including my wife, daughter, and her boyfriend, was thrilled with this adventure, which exceeded all our expectations. Josh and Emily Jo were outstanding guides, providing hats and water-resistant clothing if necessary while sharing their extensive knowledge of the area. They informed us about local wildlife, unique features of the lake, and we were fortunate enough to witness the sideways geyser eruption in person. The lunch after our outing was quite fulfilling. It was clear that both Josh and Emily Jo are passionate about their work and the outdoors. I highly recommend this experience! The Mueller Family St. Louis, MO
We had a fantastic time on Yellowstone Lake. The water was incredibly clear, and our guide was very friendly and punctual, ready to answer all our questions. The lunch was delicious too. I would certainly book this tour again.
This tour offered an incredible experience and a unique perspective of the sights from the water. Josh and Spencer were excellent guides. It's a good idea to explore the West Thumb basin beforehand to better appreciate the views from the kayak. Even if you're new to kayaking, they provide all the necessary instructions. After the tour, we enjoyed a lovely lunch by the lake. I strongly recommend this tour as a fantastic way to explore Yellowstone and its remarkable thermal features.
Josh was an incredible guide, ensuring that everyone stayed together and felt welcome while sharing his extensive knowledge. It was a really enjoyable experience. My girlfriend was initially anxious since it was her first time kayaking, but afterwards she described it as a very relaxed experience. I highly recommend it, even for beginners.
I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. The weather was sunny, clear, and calm, and the views were stunning. Josh and Emily Jo proved to be excellent guides.
We started our kayaking adventure at 8am, which was pretty chilly, but by the end, the weather was stunningly warm. Josh was an excellent guide, sharing fascinating insights about the area and engaging us in conversation. The lunch provided was filling. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the morning!
The kayak tour of West Thumb Geyser was fantastic. Our guide, Spencer, was excellent, and we were fortunate to have great weather. It was fascinating to observe how the geysers interact with the water. The lunch provided was very generous, including a sandwich, fruit, drinks, chips, granola bars, and candy.
I had an excellent day on Yellowstone Lake. The guides were very friendly and kept the humor flowing throughout the trip. I saw a large group of elk and even spotted a bald eagle, which was exciting. The experience was a fantastic value, especially with the lunch included at the end. The turkey sandwich was the most generous I've ever had, and I left feeling very satisfied. I definitely plan to return next season and book again with friends.
