I was excited about this self-guided tour, but it has fallen flat. After downloading the app, the code wouldn’t work. When I reached out for help, I was informed that “sometimes the wrong link is sent.” I was assured that a correct link would be sent to me within two minutes, but hours later, I still haven’t received anything. Additionally, the link to cancel was also non-functional.
