In February, we booked a tour scheduled for October, but we still haven't participated. Despite sending several emails with straightforward questions regarding our travel plans, we have received no responses from the company. My most recent email, directed to a specific contact and the CEO, was sent 10 days ago and remains unanswered. Given the cost of this tour, we anticipated a higher standard of communication.
