This experience was truly enjoyable and informative. With the expert guidance of historian Gracie and Mr. Pirate, we laughed, felt chills, and marveled at the sights. The warm March evening added to the charm, and I captured some fascinating photos while strolling through these historic streets. I'm grateful for this unforgettable adventure.
The experience is entirely outdoors, which surprised us since we expected to enter buildings. Our guides, a witch and a pirate, were engaging and interacted with everyone throughout the tour.
Gracie excelled in her role, providing engaging and captivating storytelling while effectively interacting with the entire group.
Gracie was fantastic! She made the tour engaging, allowing us to feel connected to the history. We gained valuable knowledge and truly enjoyed ourselves.
The tour about witches, ghosts, and pirates was fantastic! It lasted around two hours and included engaging stories and historical events from Colonial Williamsburg, with plenty of audience involvement. Gracie was an excellent guide.
Our guide, Grace, did not wear colonial attire and spoke extremely quickly, jumping from one chaotic story to another without completing them. She seemed to confuse dates and times, making her appear disorganized. Overall, my daughters and I struggled to grasp much of the information and were left feeling quite disappointed.
Guide Mike was very knowledgeable, enjoyable, and entertaining. He shared interesting details about colonial history and different settlers. The timing at each spot was just right. However, we anticipated some interior house visits, which did not occur.
This is an enjoyable way to combine ghost tales with historical insights.
The tour was highly informative and provided a great depiction of Williamsburg's history, as well as the experiences of those who once lived in the historic homes.
Lisa was incredibly kind and an excellent storyteller; I could easily listen to her for hours. Her knowledge is evident, and you can see she truly enjoys sharing the stories of the past.
