I had a fantastic experience. Our driver and tour guide, John, was outstanding—very knowledgeable and entertaining. I would definitely recommend this tour.
This tour includes all the major attractions and allows ample time to explore each site. Our driver provided interesting tips and historical context, making sure we weren't just dropped off.
We had an excellent trip to Washington DC with our guide and driver, Matt. He ensured we traveled safely around the city and provided fascinating insights at each stop we made.
Matt, our driver, was highly skilled and knowledgeable about history. His driving abilities were commendable. We had a great time on this bus trip and would certainly recommend it.
On a whim, I bought tickets for our family with kids to explore DC for a day, and it was a fantastic decision. Matt was outstanding from beginning to end; he learned our children's names as soon as they got on the bus, interacted with them throughout the day, played a family-friendly movie on our return trip, and even went out of his way to return a forgotten souvenir. His extensive knowledge made the experience educational and enjoyable for everyone. If you want to see a lot without the hassle of navigating a busy city, this tour is perfect. We walked through Arlington, visited various monuments and memorials, and had time to explore one of the Smithsonian museums independently. We also saw more from a distance and listened to captivating stories and historical accounts all day. It was truly an excellent experience for us all, and I highly recommend it. However, I suggest this tour is better suited for children over 7, as it lasts more than 15 hours. For everyone's enjoyment, stick with older kids, especially those who enjoy history.
John, our bus driver, was outstanding. He was friendly, well-informed, and very laid-back. We managed to see and do everything we wished for. I would definitely suggest this to my friends and family.
Get ready for the fact that Washington, D.C. is constantly evolving, so certain places might be off-limits if a king or president is visiting. However, there's an abundance to see, and our guide truly exceeded expectations, taking us to as many sites as possible. We managed to see a great deal in just one day, although be aware that there's a lot of walking and climbing involved.
Prepare for a demanding walking tour, as you'll be covering 15,000 to 20,000 steps. However, it's definitely worth the effort and is truly the best way to explore Washington, D.C. in a single day.
Be ready for plenty of walking, and if you're heading to the Smithsonian, consider bringing a picnic lunch. You'll want to save some energy for the end of the day.
Prepare for a full day of excitement, as there is a lot of walking involved. There are countless sights to explore, and the visit to Arlington Cemetery along with the changing of the guards was the highlight.
