We were contacted on Monday afternoon about rescheduling our tour from Tuesday to Wednesday, but we declined. On the morning of May 5, we arrived to find four others who were also unaware that our tour had been canceled. Some had received texts or emails, but we did not. When I called the office, they confirmed the cancellation. We never got prior notice. I inquired about a refund of $180, which we have yet to receive, although another couple did. Overall, the communication was extremely poor for the six of us who showed up at 8 am, and we won't book through this company again.
