The cider tour led by Nathan was truly remarkable. As both the winemaker and cider maker, his passion for his craft is evident. I tasted some of the finest ciders, particularly the strawberry cider, which remains dry yet has a delightful hint of strawberry. The balance between the fruitiness and the cider is perfect. Nathan also shared insights into the cider-making process and its history, making it an enjoyable experience. Afterward, we headed upstairs to the store for additional tastings and the chance to buy favorites, plus we received complimentary glasses. The staff was consistently warm, friendly, and knowledgeable, and even the owner was on hand and very approachable. Go huskies!

This tour was fantastic! It was enjoyable, insightful, and laid-back. We tasted several ciders and explored the whole facility. I found the information about the process and the history of Seven Birches and Rhythm Cider very interesting. Plus, we have been savoring our complimentary glasses.

He addressed all our inquiries and tailored the tour to our interests. He discussed his wines and made cider recommendations during the tasting that perfectly matched our usual preferences. I ended up sampling the wines too, and I found this tasting experience to be very enjoyable. I highly recommend it.
