This app and the tours are fantastic!
The historical insights and points of interest we encountered were fantastic. We made several stops and enjoyed lunch at a picnic table in Otter Rock. Without our guide, we would have missed so much.

While the experience was enjoyable on October 12, 2025, I found it a bit overhyped. I had anticipated vibrant fall colors, but they didn't quite meet my expectations. We visited Vermont a few years ago, and even in the rain, it was stunning. Nonetheless, this area is beautiful and much less crowded. I definitely suggest staying in Ipswich, NH; it's a charming and peaceful town.

The drive along the river was stunning, featuring many waterfalls and great hiking spots. The fall colors were spectacular, and there were chances to explore the river by scrambling on the rocks.

This experience greatly enhanced our journey across the Kancamagus Highway. The guide shared fantastic stories in a calming voice reminiscent of Casey Kasem. His clear directions and time tips made it simple to stop at all the great locations. The waterfalls were accessible for nearly everyone. However, the trail was somewhat icy at times, so be cautious during winter hikes.
