I’m truly at a loss for words. If you're after an affordable and brief helicopter ride, consider Wings. I arranged the 45-minute flight for my daughter's 18th birthday, and we were welcomed by the incredibly friendly driver, Emile, who made the drive enjoyable by chatting and providing reassurance about the flight. He was fantastic. Once we reached the airport, we met our pilot, James, who was exceptionally professional. During the 45-minute flight, he demonstrated his skills and made this night flight unforgettable. James is a remarkable pilot and one of the nicest people I've encountered. Thank you, James, for making my daughter's birthday the best day ever. Wings truly excels and is the real deal.
Despite a bit of trouble with the heavy traffic in New York, we were picked up at our midtown hotel and taken to the airport. After a quick safety briefing, we boarded the helicopter for a smooth 45-minute night flight over the city. Our pilot was well-informed and highlighted various landmarks, providing breathtaking views. Afterward, we were returned to our hotel, although the driver was flexible about dropping us off wherever we desired. Overall, it was a highly professional and delightful experience.
Wonderful experience with beautiful views and a fantastic pilot. The only suggestion for improvement would be the $3 sparkling wine that was promoted as champagne.
The views were truly stunning, but I thought the experience could have been longer, especially considering the distance from the starting point to Manhattan. At $950, I expected more. My flight was the 30-minute option, which did not include the Statue of Liberty. It was mostly a flight around Manhattan and back. While the views were spectacular, I don’t think it was the best value for the cost.
The experience was amazing. The flight was unforgettable, and everything surrounding it was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pick-up and drop-off service enhanced the experience. We truly appreciated it and highly recommend it.

The helicopter tour exceeded our expectations, especially at night. We opted for a 45-minute extension to see lower Manhattan, and the car pickup in Brooklyn was easy to arrange via email for an extra $50. Communication was prompt, and the pilot kindly adjusted the speed over Midtown and Times Square to enhance our photography. We wholeheartedly recommend flying with Wings Air.
