Choice of 30 or 45 minutes — fly over Central Park, the Statue of Liberty and more, departing from Westchester Airport.
This helicopter tour offers two options: a 30-minute flight showcasing Central Park, Yankee Stadium, and the East River bridges, or a longer 45-minute excursion that includes views of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and downtown Manhattan, including the Freedom Tower. Departures are from Westchester Airport, conveniently located just outside New York City.
The shared flights provide a unique vantage point of the city’s skyline and surrounding Hudson Valley. For couples looking for more intimacy, there's an option to upgrade to a private flight, perfect for a special occasion. Follow the recommended timings and plan your outfits accordingly, as temperatures will be cooler at altitude.

Experiencing a helicopter ride over such a famous city was absolutely thrilling, and I felt completely secure throughout. Our pilot and guide were responsive to our questions, though I wished for a bit more area knowledge. We started and finished early, and while we didn't quite hit the full 45 minutes, it was nearly there. I believe the cost was quite high, making it a one-time experience for us, and I prefer to keep the price to myself. Aside from the expense, I would rate this adventure 5 stars.
The takeoff was unforgettable, and the views were stunning. I truly enjoyed the experience, and my kids loved every minute. Although my girlfriend was initially anxious, she calmed down quickly. This is a fantastic way to experience NYC.
It was my first experience in a helicopter, and that aspect was wonderful. However, I expected to see more of the city rather than just the skyline and the East/Hudson rivers. The 30-minute tour felt like 15 minutes out and 15 back.
We highly recommend this provider. With just two of us on a private flight, we enjoyed views of iconic sites, including the Bronx, Harlem, Brooklyn, New Jersey, and Central Park, as well as the beautifully maintained homes and golf courses of the green "bacon belt." The 45-minute flight is definitely worth it, and the roughly one-hour drive from Manhattan to the meeting point is manageable. The staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating, making the experience feel very personalized. Our pilot was engaging and welcoming, sharing interesting details throughout the flight. Thank you to the team for an outstanding experience! Albena and Karl-Heinz
The helicopter flight was enjoyable—long, smooth, and offered stunning aerial views of Manhattan. Opting for the 45-minute experience is definitely better than the 30-minute version. Nonetheless, there are two key points to keep in mind: - The helicopter does not hover directly over Manhattan or Central Park, which was somewhat disappointing. - The heliport is located quite far from Manhattan, making taxi or transfer costs high, which adds to the overall expense of the trip. If you're nearby, this is a great experience with unforgettable sights. However, if you're coming from Manhattan, weigh the total cost and the fact you won't be flying over Central Park.
The helicopter tour from Westchester offers a memorable experience with significantly longer flight times than the typical departures from Manhattan. The route provides expansive views of New York, and opting for the 45-minute flight is recommended for the best experience. The ride is smoother and allows for leisurely appreciation of the skyline from multiple perspectives. However, a crucial point to note is that getting to Westchester from Manhattan can be costly. Whether opting for a private transfer or a taxi, the expenses add a considerable amount to the overall tour price. For those located far from Westchester, transportation costs can make the experience much pricier than anticipated. If you're already nearby or have your own vehicle, the tour is much more advantageous. In this scenario, the extended flight duration and quieter airport become significant benefits. The Westchester tour provides more airtime and a more relaxed experience, whereas the shorter Manhattan flights allow for a quick view of Central Park, which is a major highlight. In summary, the Westchester tour is an excellent choice if your location and logistics align. The flight itself is superb with stunning views, but be ready for the added costs and travel time if you are coming from Manhattan.
What an incredible experience from beginning to end! The team was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, and the tour provided a fantastic way to explore the city. Special thanks to Samantha for her assistance and to Mike for his support upon arrival, along with our outstanding pilot Ryan. Highly recommend this!
The 45-minute helicopter flight offers stunning views of all the iconic skyscrapers, buildings, and landmarks in Manhattan. The helicopter itself is lovely and provides a fantastic panoramic perspective. Josiah, our skilled pilot, along with the team, ensured a wonderful experience.
This experience was exceptional. The staff was very accommodating, and the pilot provided an outstanding tour, bringing us close to all the major NYC landmarks. He even rotated the helicopter 180 degrees for optimal photo opportunities. If you’re visiting NYC, this is an activity you can't miss.
The experience was absolutely incredible and well worth the 45-minute tour to view Lady Liberty. We had to reschedule our night due to weather conditions, which is out of anyone's control, but the process was smooth, and we received complimentary champagne. I participated in the evening flight, and the views were stunning, though for daytime sights like Central Park, it's better to go during the day since there's not much to see in the darkness. Overall, it was a breathtaking experience that I highly recommend, and the company provided excellent, helpful, and informative staff.
