The flight was enjoyable, and the pilot was great, but I received a message from Anna days before the flight stating it needed to be moved an hour later for refueling, which was said to take a long time. I expressed my preference to keep the original time unless there was compensation, as it was a birthday gift and I had organized a whole day around that specific time. However, Anna mentioned they had the right to change the schedule, even without a valid reason, so we accepted the new time since the only alternative was a refund. Upon arriving at the rescheduled time, we were told there had been no refueling issues, and the staff member was unaware of why we had been moved. This change disrupted our entire day's plans for no reason.
We took the 15-minute trip to celebrate my son's 8th birthday, and it was unforgettable. Christine was amazing throughout, and pilot Chris was truly inspiring. We will definitely do this again.
