Our experience with Jessi on the Hidden Gems of Yellowstone tour was exceptional. Her extensive knowledge of the wildlife, history, and geological aspects truly enhanced our visit. She picked us up at Canyon Lodge at 6:00 a.m., allowing us to enjoy the peaceful early morning atmosphere as the sunrise was breathtaking. We had the chance to observe wolf cubs playing near their den through her spotting scope. The variety of activities we experienced made our trip memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend a tour with Jessi.
Booking this private tour is an experience we highly recommend. We spent two days with our guide, Jeremy, who took us to the best spots. We encountered a grizzly, bison, red fox, mountain goats, pronghorn, and elk, but narrowly missed a pack of six wolves by half an hour. Our lunch was delightful, enjoying a picnic near a lake surrounded by fir trees. Jeremy was well-versed in the locations, geography, and animal behavior, expertly identifying birds and ensuring we maintained an appropriate distance from wildlife. He had a keen eye for spotting animals; during our setup for mountain goat photography, he even noticed a red fox across the road. The vehicle was comfortable, and the food and snacks were quite enjoyable. Hiring a guide is truly worthwhile, even if it means delaying your trip to save up. Additionally, these guides can point out the best restrooms in the park. If possible, plan your visit for October.
Riley was fantastic and shared a wealth of information about our surroundings and their significance. His enthusiasm for nature and conservation was truly inspiring. This was the highlight of our trip.
This trip was truly remarkable. The park's beauty shone through, even in the wet and chilly weather, which enhanced our chances of spotting wildlife. We were fortunate to see grizzlies three times: a solo bear, a mother with her cub, and a pair together. Observing them from a distance was thrilling. The geysers and hot springs scattered around the park were also fantastic. Our guide, Jeremy, was excellent and shared valuable information, plus he suggested some places to visit the following day on our own.
Mitchell, our guide, was fantastic. He shared many engaging insights and was very friendly and patient with the children in our group, who didn't always follow the rules. He took us to sites we hadn't explored during our previous three days in the park.
Andrea proved to be an exceptionally knowledgeable guide who truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. We encountered grizzlies, bison, big horn sheep, elk, grouse, a horned owl, and to our delight, an unexpected wolf. Andrea's expertise led us right to the spot where the wolf crossed the road, allowing us to capture fantastic photos and videos. It was an absolutely incredible day that I would recommend to anyone. A+.
My wife and I participated in the Hidden Gems tour in late September with our guide Andrea. We usually hire guides to enhance our travel experiences, and Andrea exceeded all our past expectations. He was courteous, professional, ensured our safety, and was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all our questions. Although we only had two days in Yellowstone, we witnessed more wildlife, waterfalls, and geysers than we could have hoped for. It was an amazing trip, and we truly appreciate Andrea for making it so memorable.
Outstanding experience! It met and surpassed our expectations. Randolph was incredibly knowledgeable and we appreciated his insights. We highly recommend this way of exploring the park to everyone.
Our experience was absolutely fantastic and genuinely felt like discovering hidden gems. Mitchell, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable about the park. We encountered bison, wolves, elk, and many bird species. While we saw popular spots like Old Faithful, we also explored off-the-beaten-path areas that we wouldn't have known about otherwise. The gluten-free bread provided for our lunch sandwiches was an excellent touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour and Mitchell.
The tour was fantastic, but what truly made it stand out was our guide Mitchell. His enthusiasm, expertise, and friendly demeanor made our day enjoyable. We really appreciated his company and felt we gained a lot of insight about the park from him.
