This guided tour showcases some of Yellowstone's most popular geothermal features along the Lower Loop. Starting at The Historic Madison Hotel, the tour kicks off at 9:00 AM in May and September, and at 7:00 AM from June to August. Highlights include the renowned Old Faithful geyser, not to mention other fascinating sites like the Fountain Paint Pots and Grand Prismatic Spring. Depending on timing, other stops may also be included.
While at Old Faithful, there’s an opportunity to buy lunch at the Old Faithful Inn, or you can bring a packed meal to enjoy. For those interested in an afternoon outing, there are additional tour slots available from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM in the summer months. Please note, children under 5 years are not permitted, and private tours are recommended for families.

The scenery was beautiful, and we had the chance to see wildlife along with Old Faithful. Be prepared for a lot of walking on this tour. Our guide was fantastic, providing great insights at every stop and sharing wonderful stories.

We had a fantastic day with Dave from Hot Spot Tours. He really took care of us, sharing fascinating comments and historical facts. He made an extra effort to show us a bear and stopped frequently to highlight elk, deer, and bison. He also took us to see the Prismatic Springs, Mud Pits, and Old Faithful, advising us on the best spots for viewing and photos. I highly recommend Hot Spot Tours.
This was an excellent tour with Burns as we explored the lower loop of Yellowstone Park. With just four participants, it felt like we had a personal guide.

We were picked up promptly, and our tour guide provided excellent information about each site as we drove to Yellowstone, including details on scenery, mountains, and walking trails, along with restaurant suggestions. The company conducts training before the season starts, and we were the only couple on this refresher tour alongside two other guides and the owners. While the experience was nice, I wouldn't recommend booking during the training season.

We appreciated her personal story about becoming a tour guide. She was friendly, professional, and kind. The coach was very comfortable, even when it transformed into a convertible. We witnessed plenty of wildlife and stunning views, had a lovely lunch while watching Old Faithful erupt, and enjoyed excellent shopping and restroom breaks. She certainly knows all the best spots. I highly recommend this tour.
