I neglected to arrange transportation from Bozeman airport, but Tauni helped me via chat while we were in the air and secured a cab for us. Our guides were punctual each day, and we had no issues reaching out to or engaging with them. The pricing was fair, and we felt no need to negotiate. A special thanks to our guides, Isaac, Alex, and Michaela.
I found it easy to get in touch and arrange airport transfers with them. The pricing was reasonable. I appreciate Tauni from Casanova Tours for her prompt replies. Our guides, Issac, Alex, and Michaela were excellent with their daily guidance. Just follow their lead; they know the best routes. If you're renting a car, stay inside Yellowstone National Park or in West Yellowstone. For those visiting for the first time, I strongly suggest hiring a tour guide; it’s truly worth it. Although it’s a popular tourist destination, the people here are genuine and won't try to deceive visitors. Caldera shuttles were very responsive and reliable as well, but we chose to go with Casanova.
This was one of the most delightful guided tours we've had. Our wonderful guide, Jackson from Casanova Guided Tours, combined friendliness with deep knowledge. Jackson demonstrated impressive expertise regarding Yellowstone's wildlife and geology, spotting numerous species and birds effortlessly. His understanding of the park's geological features went far beyond the basics. I never imagined that 16 hours could feel insufficient, yet Jackson sparked a desire in us to return. We will definitely come back and seek out Jackson’s services again. If you're planning a trip to Yellowstone, I strongly suggest doing the same.
The tour provides an excellent way to experience Yellowstone. Our guide, Jackson, had extensive knowledge of the park's geology, history, and wildlife. Equipped with binoculars and a scope, he helped us spot animals that we might not have seen. His insights on locating wolves, grizzlies, moose, and various bird species were exceptional. This experience is definitely worth the investment of both time and money.
This tour was fantastic! I highly recommend it. Mikayla and Isaac were excellent guides, and our group of six had an amazing time seeing many animals. It was a relief not to have to drive, as our guides were knowledgeable about where to go and what to observe.
We enjoyed a private full-day tour of the Tetons, followed by a two-day private tour of Yellowstone's Upper and Lower Loops with our group of seven friends. Each of the three tour guides was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, professional, and friendly. The pricing was competitive compared to other tour operators we considered. Lunch, water, and snacks were included. I highly recommend Casanova Tours for their exceptional service and excellent tours.
Our tour guide Michaela was fantastic. She was punctual and very knowledgeable, covering all the key highlights. We had an incredible time!
Jack and Jackson proved to be outstanding guides, deeply knowledgeable about the park and enthusiastic about the wildlife. Having a guide ensured we visited areas with the highest chances of spotting active wildlife, including grizzlies and wolves. The geothermal tour on the second day was expertly planned to showcase the features during optimal times and to evade heavy traffic. Traveling with guides who are passionate about the park is absolutely worthwhile.
Casanova Tours provided us with an incredible two-day adventure in Yellowstone. On the first day, we focused on wildlife with guides Jack and Dayne. This experience exceeded our expectations as we observed two grizzly bears and three wolves near a bison carcass from just under 100 yards away. Sharing the experience with professional photographers added to the thrill. We spotted even more wildlife, including a mother grizzly with her cub, a black bear, bison, elk, a pine marten, and various birds. The day also included views of geothermal features and a short hike to a waterfall, while Jack shared his extensive knowledge of the animals and park. The second day featured Alex, who led us through Yellowstone's thermal wonders and landscapes. We visited Old Faithful, the chromatic springs, and enjoyed stunning scenery. Alex’s enthusiasm and expertise made the day even more memorable. One highlight was filming the adorable red dogs (baby bison). We had an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Casanova Guided Tours if you're planning to explore Yellowstone or the Tetons. Everything from the vehicles to the snacks to the guides was exceptional.
It was thrilling to encounter animals in their natural habitats. The tour guides were not only knowledgeable but also friendly and humorous.
