This tour was excellent. Ken was an outstanding guide, sharing extensive knowledge about the city. The nighttime scenery is truly stunning. I highly recommend it.
The night tour became the best part of our trip. Dustin took excellent care of all 12 of us by opening doors, serving drinks, and giving us plenty of time to take photos. His knowledge of the monuments, memorials, and DC's streets—especially around unexpected closures—was impressive. It was a wonderful tour. I do recommend mentioning during booking that the meeting point is next to the Gucci store, as our Uber driver was unsure about dropping us off at a location without clear signage for the tour company.
Dustin was an excellent guide, well-versed in the history of the monuments and memorials, and he navigated the DC streets adeptly when we encountered an unexpected closure. We had plenty of time at each location. I do suggest that they clarify the meeting address at the time of booking, as it is located near the Gucci store. Our Uber driver was unsure about dropping us off since we couldn't find any signage for the tour company. Overall, it was a fantastic tour that I would highly recommend.
The Monuments by Moonlight tour in Washington, DC was truly amazing. Experiencing the monuments lit up at night transformed the city into a serene, beautiful, and unforgettable place. The views of notable sites like the Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, Washington Monument, and the World War II Memorial were stunning after dark. Our guide was insightful and engaging, providing numerous fascinating historical anecdotes that added depth to each location. The tour's pace allowed us ample time for photos and to fully appreciate each site without any sense of rushing. The nighttime illumination enhanced the drama and inspiration of each monument. This tour was a standout part of our visit to Washington, DC, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone traveling there.
Our driver Fasesha was both knowledgeable and kind. He inquired about our interests and timing, ensuring convenient drop-off and pick-up locations for our family. At the end of the tour, he personally took each family back to their accommodations. Fasesha truly went the extra mile to make our experience memorable.
Our DC city tour with Dustin was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the city and its landmarks. His passion for his job made the tour enjoyable and informative. Dustin offered exceptional service throughout and even dropped us off at our hotel, saving us the trouble of booking an Uber. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated after a long day of exploring. If you have the opportunity to tour with Dustin, I highly recommend it—he truly enhanced our experience in DC.
Dustin made for an excellent tour guide, providing both informative and entertaining insights. We really appreciated the experience of being in a small group!
This tour was truly wonderful. Experiencing the monuments illuminated was a unique treat, and our guide/driver Dustin was exceptional. His extensive knowledge about each site and skillful navigation through challenging traffic and parking made the evening enjoyable. Despite the crowds, he remained friendly and welcoming, creating a memorable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it, particularly because it features the Iwo Jima memorial, which is often excluded from other evening tours.
The tour was worth the $89, even with some concerns. The guide had extensive knowledge, enhancing the experience. It runs from 7 to 10 p.m., so bring a flashlight and dress for cool May evenings. For those considering their age, a 2-hour tour might be preferable, as 3 hours feels lengthy, and ours extended to 3.5 hours. However, the guide was often rushed, leading to some jarring drive-bys. His road rage was unsettling, and when I asked a question, he made an inappropriate remark about my attention. As a senior, I found this disrespectful, especially since he was at least 40. He also appeared distracted, seemingly focused on sports games and possibly betting on his phone, with my seat positioned right behind him. I would recommend this tour but suggest going with a guide who is more focused and attentive. Our experience was on 12 May 2026.
This tour was truly amazing. Ken was an excellent guide, incredibly knowledgeable and navigated the city expertly. We enjoyed every moment and highly recommend it.
