Sam, our tour guide, was exceptional. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, ensuring we were well taken care of. The boat ride on the Potomac River was the highlight for me. We saw all the sights and stayed on schedule, adjusting the order of stops to minimize lines and traffic. I highly recommend this experience for first-time visitors.
The guide was half an hour late and shortened multiple points of interest to recover lost time. I had to call to check on his arrival as he did not inform us of his delay. Although he was knowledgeable and good, I was not pleased with the time reductions at various stops due to his lateness.
