Do not go with this option. I was two minutes late to the meeting point and couldn’t locate anyone from the group. The service is ineffective. My attempts to message the guide through the app went unanswered. We likely could have joined the tour if I could have reached the tour guide, but instead, my family missed out on the experience and lost the money for five tickets. It feels like we were cheated.
The guide was not only professional but also an excellent speaker. Friendly, fun, and with a great sense of humor, they truly enjoy being around people and dogs.

I regret spending money on this. I should have booked our tickets to the US Capitol myself instead. Paying $120 just for someone to get tickets is a waste when it's free to do it on your own. Our guide only led us to the Capitol and then texted the library tickets. Avoid this option.
