Mount Vernon is truly a stunning destination. The bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, allowing us to securely leave our backpacks during the tour. Britney was an excellent guide, sharing interesting facts and humorous stories as we traveled through the city and explored the Mount Vernon estate. She provided insights into the Washington family tombs as well as the lives and burial sites of the enslaved individuals who lived there. We deducted one star because we would have liked an additional hour to explore the historical museum more thoroughly. Thank you for a wonderful tour!
