The guide was friendly and the bus offered comfort. However, construction created obstacles that limited our sightseeing. We also experienced a heavy downpour of rain.

The guide provided excellent information and invited questions throughout the tour. Sitting on the right side of the bus offered better views of the monuments as we passed by. If you're going solo like I did, it's wise to arrange your Uber in advance to avoid waiting alone in the dark. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and witnessing the monuments illuminated at night was stunningly beautiful.
This was the worst experience I've ever had, and I will never use this company again. I am still battling for a refund. Despite my call in the morning to change the night tour due to forecasted thunderstorms, I was told it would cost $30 per ticket to reschedule. The customer service representative insisted I had to prove it would rain to get my money back. When the bus left, it started pouring, leaving everyone drenched, and the driver provided umbrellas that were ineffective in the wind. The foggy, rain-covered windows made it impossible to see anything, yet we still stopped at each location to take pictures in the downpour. When I texted customer service about the rain for a refund, they claimed the tour company was unaware of the weather and wouldn’t issue a refund. Upon calling again, they said they would escalate my complaint. Be sure to screenshot any conversations, as they tend to delete them later. I won’t be using this company again.

The tour guide was engaging, kind, and well-informed, making the evening tour delightful and picturesque, while also providing a calm and relaxing experience that was perfect for my vacation.
