The boat needs significant renovations. Additionally, the email stated boarding was at 10:30, but it was actually at 11, and the response we received was dismissive. Elderly guests were left waiting outside in the cold with no seating. Overall, it felt like a huge waste of $800.
I had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, and our server made sure our glasses were always full. The staff was incredibly friendly, and DJ Rich really knew how to keep the energy up. I also appreciated the professionalism of the young ladies taking pictures; my photos turned out beautifully and cost $43. One suggestion I have is for them to include the boat name on the tickets for easier boarding. I definitely recommend this activity, and my husband and I plan to return. It was a great experience.
