The wranglers are fantastic. This 90-minute ride is ideal for beginners and is enjoyable, safe, and scenic. As an experienced rider, I found it a bit slow, and my friends were hoping to trot, but it didn't happen with kids on the ride. This was a slight letdown, though the younger beginners I've brought previously had no issues.
My first experience was incredible; the guides showed great patience with me and my friend. They were also very knowledgeable. Although I initially felt nervous, those feelings vanished once I was on the horse and enjoying the stunning views. It felt like a peaceful walk through nature.
We visited for our anniversary weekend and are already planning our return. Ruthie and Cade were exceptional and very patient. The horses appeared to know exactly what to do, and the scenic views were stunning. If you're inexperienced like us, be prepared for some soreness the next day, but it’s truly worth it! We even purchased shirts and branded coasters. It was a fantastic experience!

Our private riding adventure with four ladies was truly fantastic. The weather turned out great after some rain, and Lem was accommodating in finding the right time for us. Our guide, Ruthie, ensured everyone was comfortable and provided guidance on navigating gentle hills and slopes. The picturesque scenery and the sounds of singing birds created a serene atmosphere. We took a nice break at a bluff overlooking the river, enjoying snacks and drinks. Lem also taught us how to lasso a calf, which led to plenty of laughter. Overall, it was a memorable experience and the highlight of our trip to Waco. I wholeheartedly recommend Brazos Bluffs Stables.
