This tour provides a wonderful chance to explore both the Cu Chi Tunnels and Ho Chi Minh City. However, due to traffic, we spent considerable time on the road and missed some landmarks in the city. Our guide, Xuyen, was excellent and worked hard to ensure we had a memorable experience.
It was a wonderful day. The driver and car were excellent, and our tour guide was truly remarkable. He engaged us with maps and detailed discussions about the tour. We enjoyed a tasty meal at a charming local restaurant. I highly recommend this tour.
The tour was quite good, and the guide provided a lot of useful information. However, the driver was quite poor, as he drove significantly slower than the speed limit, extending the 3-hour journey. Because of this, we returned to the cruise ship about 40 minutes late.
We were picked up at Phu My Port by a private driver and our guide, Khoa, who provided great communication before the trip. As a family of three, we found Khoa very knowledgeable about Vietnam’s history on our way to the Cu Chi Tunnels. The tunnels themselves were fascinating, and Eric did an excellent job explaining everything; his English was impressive. Shooting the AK-47 was a fun and unique experience. After an enjoyable day, we returned to our cruise ship, but the heavy traffic meant we spent a lot of time traveling to and from the tunnels. Be mindful of the traffic and travel time. Thankfully, we brought snacks and drinks since we wouldn't have had time for lunch. Thank you.
This was a wonderful experience. Our guide was knowledgeable and attentive to our safety during the heat and while walking. He even took us to a Harley Davidson shop, which was a nice detour. Overall, a very positive experience.
