We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Ho Chi Minh City. Our guide, Richard, was very well-informed and shared valuable insights about the city's history and Vietnam as a whole. After exploring numerous historical sites and engaging with locals, we've even decided to plan a future trip to Vietnam.
We participated in three tours with Hiep's agency and had experienced guides, safe drivers, and clean, modern vehicles. The guides spoke clear, understandable English and provided accurate descriptions. Communication was easy throughout. The pre-trip information was superb, and the agency was consistently responsive. Overall, we find their pricing reasonable for the quality provided.
I had a great time on this tour. We traveled in a private, air-conditioned car. Rachel offered a tailored experience and her English was superb. We visited the post office, war museum, market, and enjoyed a delightful pho meal. I highly recommend this tour.
Rachel proved to be an outstanding guide during our Saigon tour. She shared historical insights and images on her iPad while we drove, leading us through various areas. Rachel went above and beyond by taking photos for us and joining us for shopping. She also had lunch with us and was helpful with some Vietnamese phrases. Anyone lucky enough to have her as a guide will truly appreciate her.
It was an exceptional trip; everything was outstanding and went seamlessly. Brigitte was friendly and made the experience wonderful. Thank you.
The pickup process was seamless, and the itinerary was thoughtfully organized, allowing us to bypass long lines with our guide. He also recommended a Michelin-starred pho restaurant for lunch, where he joined us and provided insights throughout the meal. Anthony Nguyen, our guide, was exceptional, and I would love to have him with us on future visits. Booking was easy, and communication was top-notch. I suggest having WhatsApp for convenience if you don't already use it.
As someone who grew up during the Vietnam War era, I often saw the American Embassy and the Royal Palace in Saigon on TV. Experiencing these places in person and observing the significant changes since the war was enlightening and deepened my understanding. Our guide was knowledgeable and spoke fluently, accommodating our itinerary with ease. He also treated us to a delightful Pho lunch and was genuinely kind and considerate, just like our driver.
Rachel was an exceptional tour guide. Her extensive knowledge greatly enriched our learning experience. She communicated very clearly in English, making it easy to understand her. The attractions we explored were precisely what we hoped to see on this trip.
Our group of four enjoyed a fantastic day exploring both local and popular attractions in Ho Chi Minh City with our guide Vinh and our driver. Vinh ensured we sampled local dishes and took a stroll through the market in Chinatown. His professionalism and extensive knowledge of Vietnam's history and culture were impressive. The visit to the War Museum was a highlight that shouldn't be missed. We had a tasty lunch at a local Pho restaurant. Our driver navigated the city's traffic skillfully. The vehicle provided was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We highly recommend Vinh and Hiep Hoi An Travel for anyone visiting Vietnam. Thank you very much.
Our guide Layla was excellent! She reached out to us before the tour, and there was no issue with our pickup at a different location due to our cruise ship's change to Phuoc An Port. She tailored the tour to fit our preferences. We explored the War Remnants Museum, Bap Tang artisan shop, Reunification Palace, and had lunch at Pho Vietnam, which was mediocre. We also visited the Central Post Office and Thien Hau Pagoda. Overall, we had a wonderful day, largely thanks to our delightful guide, Layla.
