I would give it a zero if that were possible. I've attempted to contact the company for two days regarding issues with my King Neptune tour, but they haven't responded to texts or emails. When I called, I was redirected to India and given a different email, yet still no reply. This seems like a scam. The tour guide arrived late, wasn't dressed professionally, and failed to identify herself. During the tour, she took phone calls and asked locals in our group about certain stories, but never completed them since they already knew the answers. I couldn't hear her because her microphone was malfunctioning. The tour felt rushed, finishing ten minutes early, and when we inquired about the extra stops we paid for, she was rude and unprofessional. It was definitely not worth the $66.88.

I chose this tour based on its description, which claimed it would end at the starting point. However, it actually begins at the Neptune statue on 31st street and finishes at 15th street, requiring a 2-mile walk back to the Marriott or Cavalier hotels. I left early because I didn’t want to be out alone on the boardwalk at 9:30 PM. Additionally, the meeting point was incorrect, as the guide was ten minutes late and we couldn't find him. Although I was promised a refund, it never materialized. Overall, it was a disappointing experience; I usually have good luck with my other tours.
