The bioluminescence bay is a remarkable natural wonder that everyone should experience at least once, as the illuminated water is genuinely unique and unforgettable. However, I would suggest looking for a different tour operator to make the most of this experience. The staff appeared disinterested and not very helpful, which created a disappointing atmosphere from the beginning. The guide was particularly lackluster, sharing only a few basic facts about the bioluminescence without providing much depth or engagement. Overall, the tour felt disorganized and lacked a clear structure, detracting from what could have been a truly memorable experience.

Nobody was present at the meeting point. We arrived on time and even checked the company’s name, searching a nearby location, but still found no one. There was no cancellation notice or communication, just an empty spot.
