Two-day private tour of Varanasi with boat rides — Cultural & heritage things to do in Varanasi

Two days of guided exploration — sunrise and sunset boat rides on the Ganges, visits to key temples, and a rickshaw ride through the streets of Varanasi.

This private two-day tour covers the spiritual heart of India, Varanasi, and includes both sunrise and sunset boat rides on the Ganges. You'll have the chance to visit significant temples such as Kashi Vishwanath, Tulsi Manas, Sankat Mochan, and Mother India, alongside a stop at Banaras Hindu University, the largest campus in Asia.

Expect guided rickshaw rides through the vibrant streets and bazaars, along with a chance to witness the captivating evening Aarti ceremony as a tribute to the Ganges. Morning rituals along the riverside provide a unique insight into local spirituality, while a visit to Sarnath, the site of Buddha's first sermon, adds historical depth. Pack comfortable footwear for walking through the narrow lanes.
