Our zodiac whale watching tour was an incredible experience and the highlight of our trip. The small group setting was perfect. Cam, our captain, was fantastic and personable. We were fortunate to see orcas, and he skillfully maneuvered the boat while respecting the wildlife. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Cam as your captain.
It was an enjoyable day from beginning to end. Upon arriving, the staff greeted us with warmth and friendliness. Cam did a great job of explaining all the safety protocols, making everyone feel comfortable. His expertise contributed to a fantastic experience. The day felt quick, but there was no sense of hurry. I highly recommend asking for Cam as your guide.
We discovered this company and their excursion and decided to try the more adventurous Zodiac option, which turned out to be a fantastic choice. I wholeheartedly recommend this outing and the professional team behind it. They provided confirmation and helpful tips beforehand, which we greatly appreciated. The staff was very friendly, and we even got to meet their adorable little dog. Captain Cam was incredibly knowledgeable, making the trip both engaging and fun. He answered all our questions and shared insights about the scenery and wildlife along the way, enhancing our enjoyment of the experience. I highly encourage booking with Springtide and, if possible, having Captain Cam guide you. We spotted numerous Killer Whales, Seals, Bald Eagles, Otters, and even a Deer! It was a breathtaking experience to be in the presence of such magnificent creatures. Kevin and Nikki
My family and I recently took a whale watching tour, and it was an incredible experience. Unusually, we spotted around 11 or 12 whales along with some sea lions. It made for a perfect day.
This was an unforgettable experience. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and entertaining. The sunny day, with some fog, allowed us to see sea lions, harbor seals, oystercatchers, eagles, and two pods of orcas. We mostly spotted black dorsal fins cutting through the calm water, but one calf was playfully jumping in and out, showcasing its white markings. It was a fantastic day, and I highly recommend it to everyone. I returned a bit cold, with some windburn, tangled hair, and a big smile. I suggest bringing mittens, a hat, and a monocular. The guide will take plenty of professional photos for you to enjoy the sights without sticking to your phone.
This was a fantastic experience. Cam was an excellent guide, brimming with knowledge. I would appreciate receiving the videos and pictures from Cam's tour on May 3rd at 2 PM.
Our trip was incredible! Our guide Cam was very informative, taking us to three spots where we encountered two humpback whales, a group of orcas, and a colony of sea lions. We highly recommend this experience to everyone! We would love to see the photos and videos from our adventure!
We witnessed orcas leaping, which was an incredible experience. I'm very grateful for it.
We really enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Cam, was friendly, helpful, and full of enthusiasm. He shared plenty of fascinating details about the orcas and the surrounding islands.
I highly recommend this experience. It was a lot of fun, with plenty of wind. Being in the water with the animals was amazing. We spotted an orca pod and even saw a humpback whale's fluke.
