The details shared about the Orca family groups we saw were impressive. The onboard naturalists had deep knowledge and could identify individual whales by their fins and unique markings. The boat was exceptional—stable and fast, with an enclosed cabin that shielded us from the wind. One standout aspect was the premium photo package included; the naturalists captured moments using high-quality equipment, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the experience without worrying about technology. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Victoria.
Lily, Sam, and Nat were exceptional hosts, showing great enthusiasm and expertise. The tour was informative and offered stunning views.
I had an excellent experience with this tour. The staff was wonderful, genuinely interested in ensuring everyone had a fantastic time. I highly recommend it and think the team is great.
The crew was outstanding—very knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond during our cruise with Eagle Wing. We enjoyed seeing various seals, birds, and even a pod of orcas off the coast. The staff provided a debrief and offered photography services, which we found very helpful. I highly recommend booking a tour with them for families.
I had an incredible day where I spotted four orca whales, a humpback whale, stellar sea lions, an otter, and various bird species, including bald eagles. The boat was very comfortable, making it a great option for those who are not the best on boats. The crew—Sam, Joe, Ryleigh, and Captain Rod—were outstanding: friendly, fun, and extremely knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate the wonderful experience and highly recommend it.
This whale watching tour in Victoria was outstanding. I had the opportunity to see humpback whales, orcas, and even an eagle hunting. Derek, Tilly, Sarah, and Captain Joe are clearly passionate about wildlife and have wonderful stories to tell. This cruise is truly enjoyable. Be sure to head to the front when the boat slows and borrow one of their warm jackets.
This experience was incredible, breathtaking, and thrilling. The entire team was both fun and well-informed. The departure location was easy to locate, and everyone was courteous and enjoyable. This was my second trip, and it was just as good, if not better, than my previous one.
Our trip was unforgettable; we spotted several humpback whales, a pod of Bigg's orcas, bald eagles, seals, and sea lions. The staff's expertise in marine biology and their sincere dedication to marine life were impressive and appreciated.
We took a whale watching trip with Eagle Wing Tours in Victoria, BC, while my parents were visiting from India, and it turned out to be one of our best experiences. The crew—Evin, Darek, Sierra, and Tili—were all professional and attentive. Although I didn’t interact much with Evin, the captain, the ride was smooth, secure, and truly exciting. Darek provided plenty of interesting facts about the region, marine life, and the ocean ecosystem, enhancing the overall experience. Sierra and Tili were also very supportive during the trip, with Sierra even offering me a jacket, which I appreciated. The boat was well-equipped with jackets and gloves for everyone on board. We had the fortune to see humpback whales, orcas, seals, a bald eagle, and even some mountain goats. In conclusion, this was an unforgettable experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend Eagle Wing Tours.
Even with poor weather conditions, we had an incredible experience. The crew was very knowledgeable and provided valuable information. They went above and beyond, extending the trip to ensure we could watch two amazing pods of whales together and even spotted sea otters playing. The safety, atmosphere on the boat, and overall efficiency were all outstanding. I highly recommend this tour.
