We waited a long time only to learn that the tour was canceled due to an incident involving the driver. Furthermore, we discovered that The Butchart Garden closes at 5 p.m., while our tour was supposed to begin at 5:22 p.m., meaning we would have arrived too late. It wasted an entire day in Victoria, Canada, which was our first visit. This experience was very disappointing.

Ken picked up eight of us girls at the cruise terminal in a lovely van and transported us to Butchart Gardens. He provided a city tour during the drive, sharing informative and humorous insights. Ken even picked us up ahead of schedule and allowed for extra time. After the tour, he dropped us off at the Empress Hotel. The gardens are stunning and definitely worth visiting. I highly recommend Ken as a tour guide.
