Catching Beacon Hill Park just before sunset was stunning, with peacocks approaching us and calm black-tailed deer nearby, making the city appear beautiful as the buildings illuminated after dark. My husband humorously remarked that the deer looked more "huntable" than cute. Our guide, Jacks, was the highlight of the tour—so delightful, informative, and engaging throughout. He shared the history of Victoria, discussed contemporary issues and local culture, and told captivating folk tales and stories that brought the city to life. His passion for the tour was evident. Experiencing Victoria in the evening this way was fantastic, and I highly recommend the tour—definitely ask for Jacks!

Upon arriving in Victoria, British Columbia, my group initially planned to explore the city on foot. Although we were doubtful at first, deciding to join him turned out to be the best decision.
