I wouldn't categorize this as white water rafting. It was a scenic float, quite beautiful, but the time of year affects whether it’s a float or actual white water rafting. I wish the description mentioned this during booking, as it was not what we or others expected.
We had an incredible time rafting on the Colorado River! Our guide Tanner, who jokingly calls himself “a safety nerd,” made the experience enjoyable and entertaining. It was truly a fantastic adventure.
The rafting expedition was fantastic, guided by Tanner, who is very knowledgeable. He alleviated my concerns about whitewater rafting and transformed a nervous experience into one that I thoroughly enjoyed.
Tanner was fantastic! I will absolutely return and bring more friends along. He was professional and knowledgeable, which contributed to a wonderful experience.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this half-day rafting adventure. The September weather was typically beautiful, and the river's lower and slower conditions suited us perfectly. We got splashed but didn’t end up soaked. I'd advise wearing water shoes or sandals designed for wet conditions instead of flip-flops. Tanner, our guide, truly enhanced the experience. He combined professionalism with humor while emphasizing safety and displayed extensive knowledge about rafting and the river. We appreciated his friendly demeanor and wit. We're eager to experience this trip again in the Spring.
The guides were fantastic! Jake was our guide, and he made the whole experience enjoyable and straightforward. He shared plenty of historical information and highlighted all the local wildlife.
Dustin and Jake served as our guides, with Dustin in our boat. He was an excellent guide—humorous, engaging, informative, and had a wonderful personality.
Tanner was an excellent guide who made this a fantastic experience for our entire family, which includes our 7 and 9 year old. The beginner half-day trip was ideal—easy and safe yet with some exciting moments. Our kids enjoyed jumping into the swimming hole, which they thought was quite fun.
Tanner was fantastic, and I highly recommend him as your guide. His skills and extensive knowledge really enhanced the overall experience.
Jake made our experience exceptional. He expertly pointed out a pair of bald eagles along with their eaglets, and shared extensive knowledge about the area's history and ecology. The rafting trip was both beautiful and educational.
