This was the first part of our long-anticipated trip to Southern Xinjiang. We initially planned a day in Turpan before heading to Heavenly Lake on the second day. However, due to a poor weather forecast, Silk Road Travel quickly adjusted our itinerary. This allowed us to visit Heavenly Lake before it closed due to the storm and helped us avoid flight cancellations by arranging an alternative flight from Turpan. Our guide, Victor, was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful, even helping carry our luggage to make our connections. I highly recommend this service.
