This was an excellent trip, well-organized and professionally handled. We were fortunate enough to spot seals and a white-tailed eagle swimming. The guide allowed us to get quite close and led us ashore.
This excursion in Ulvik was fantastic. Before we set out, we received a brief overview and were provided with waterproof clothing and life jackets. The boat ride was thrilling, with stops every 5-10 minutes for interesting facts about the area. We spotted seals and a friend even saw an eagle, plus we visited a small waterfall. The driver demonstrated a great respect for the landscape and environment. The trip was definitely worth it, especially learning that the surrounding fjords reach depths of about 350 meters. Since there isn't much to do in Ulvik, this activity is highly recommended.
