From the check-in to the boat ride, everything was straightforward and thoroughly explained. Parker did an excellent job outlining the boat and safety guidelines. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Jake is fantastic, and I strongly suggest this activity for families. The boats are great, and we constantly spotted dolphins. It was genuinely an unforgettable experience. A few weeks ago, I also did the tiki tour with my colleagues, which I highly recommend as well.
The customer service was outstanding, the views were incredible, and I got fantastic photos. The whole team was very helpful when we returned the boat. I highly suggest this experience.
This company has been the worst my family has ever dealt with. When we boarded the pontoon boat, a staff member pointed out the lifejackets due to previous issues with the coast guard concerning their sufficiency. After just 40 minutes on the water out of a three-hour rental, the boat broke down, and although the staff was friendly, it took nearly two hours to get us back to the dock. One of their employees even crashed the pontoon into another docked boat during the return. We were initially willing to overlook the chaos because they offered us a refund or a swap for jet skis the next day. However, when we went to redeem that offer, we were told by the manager that the worker who made that offer was not authorized to do so. Despite the staff being friendly, the manager had a terrible attitude and only refunded us 20% of our $500 payment, even though we only used the boat for a fraction of that time. The manager also wrongly accused us of damaging the boat, despite her own staff explaining that the battery died due to their earlier misuse. This was by far the worst experience we've had with any company — poor customer service, no empathy, and employees lacking knowledge about the boats, as acknowledged by the manager herself. Though the staff were friendly, it felt like we were penalized for their mistakes and defective equipment. I strongly recommend choosing a different company to avoid similar issues, as the manager denied responsibility to dodge refunds. This company is dishonest and corrupt.
The scenery was fantastic, and we had the chance to see dolphins up close. I highly recommend Tybee Watersports as the staff were friendly and very accommodating.
We had a wonderful experience and found the assistance we received to be incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this adventure to anyone visiting Savannah with a group, especially a trip to Tybee Island.
This was an enjoyable and fun experience for the whole family. Renting a boat from this location is a fantastic choice if you're looking to have a great time. The team here is excellent to collaborate with.
The service was excellent, and we received valuable information for our trip. We had a fantastic time on the water and would definitely recommend it to others. The price was reasonable as well.
The crew was friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to “shark island,” where the guys discovered some teeth, and on our way back, we even saw dolphins from the boat. The restaurant by the boat launch is fantastic.
The experience was terrible. The pontoon had undisclosed engine problems, which a skilled driver had to fix by pumping the fuel line around 20 times during our two-hour rental. Additionally, the boat was unbalanced, causing the front bow to nearly submerge. The manager has not responded to my calls or emails regarding my complaints.
