We booked the tour quite spontaneously the night before via WhatsApp and had no trouble locating our guide the following morning. Our guide was friendly and entertaining throughout, making an effort to slow the boat whenever possible to highlight unique sights. We saw plenty of pelicans and other stunning birds alongside the beautiful flora and fauna of the Danube Delta. The traditional fish meal in the local village of Mila 23 at the trip's end was very tasty and worth the 60 lei. Overall, we had an incredible experience and gained valuable insight into Romanian culture. We will enthusiastically recommend this tour to family, friends, and anyone interested in experiencing the splendor of the Danube Delta.
