The waitstaff were somewhat serious but extremely attentive. I want to commend Unai, the first person I encountered, and Gabriela, who went out of her way to provide me with information and support. Even when she left, Alberto made sure everything was resolved for me. I am very grateful for their assistance. I have been coming to Menorca for over 15 years, and I always return here. However, there was one waitress in the Dining Room who was rather unpleasant and not very helpful. Overall, it was a good experience, despite a small issue in the room that was eventually resolved.
