The evening was truly enjoyable. Our chef was fantastic, patient, and passionate about teaching us. We shared the experience with another couple, which added to the social aspect. We began with blistered Shishito peppers, then learned to prepare sushi rice, slice fish, and roll California rolls, spicy tuna towers, nigiri, and sashimi. The atmosphere was inviting, and the class was interactive, making it fun and creative. We plan to purchase a sushi kit to recreate what we learned at home.
This class was a lot of fun. The chef had excellent knowledge. We plan to join more classes in the future. Thanks again! If you want an enjoyable sushi-making experience with delicious food that includes a 5-course meal, this is an excellent choice.
