• Appropriate for individuals with any level of physical fitness • A vegetarian meal option is available; please inform at the time of booking if needed • For Deluxe vessels: air conditioning operates in the bedroom only from 10 PM to 6 AM • Due to government regulations, the houseboat remains stationary from 5:30 PM until 8 AM the next morning • Drinks must be obtained prior to boarding the vessel • Refer to the following boat specifications based on the total number of guests: • 2 guests: 1-bedroom private boat • 3 guests: 1-bedroom private boat plus 1 additional mattress • 4 guests: 2-bedroom private boat • A crew of three will be present on board. Houseboat charges are applied per room; hence, if a 1-bedroom boat is booked but accommodated in a 3 or 4-bedroom boat, only one bedroom will be available for use while the other bedrooms will remain locked.

Cancellation made at least 6 full days prior to the scheduled departure time will result in a full refund. Cancelling between 2 and 6 days before the departure will yield a 50% refund. If the cancellation occurs within 2 days of the scheduled departure, there will be no refund issued.
