Your private guide and driver will collect you from your hotel and your day begins with a visit to Padmanabhaswamy Temple, a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. You will admire its intricate architecture and learn about its historical and cultural importance. • Drive to Napier Museum (closed on Mondays). Next, travel to the Napier Museum, a 19th-century establishment noted for its collection of bronze idols, ancient ornaments, and more. Your guide will share insights about Kerala's cultural heritage as you explore the museum's displays. • Visit Sri Chitra Art Gallery (closed on Mondays). After the museum, you will go to the Sri Chitra Art Gallery, which has an extensive collection of traditional and contemporary art from Kerala and beyond. You can appreciate the impressive paintings and sculptures while learning about the artists and their methods. • Drive to Kuthiramalika Palace (closed on Mondays). Following lunch, proceed to Kuthiramalika Palace, also known as the Horse Palace, built by the King of Travancore in the 19th century. Your guide may recommend dining options; food and lunch expenses are to be settled directly. Note that entry is limited to Hindus and a specific dress code must be followed. You'll then visit Kanakakunnu Palace, a remarkable palace set in the center of Trivandrum. The next stop is Kovalam, where you'll visit the historic Vizhinjam Lighthouse, perched on a cliff facing the Arabian Sea.
