We had an excellent day with Alondo as our driver. He was quick to respond and accommodating with changes to our reservation. We included another family and adjusted the start time without any issues. It’s important to note that this tour involved more physical activity than anticipated. Our 11 and 9-year-old boys found it to be one of the tougher excursions they've experienced. This adventure is perfect for those in good physical condition and seeking an exciting experience.

My mom and I chose this private trip to explore Jamaica's natural beauty. Our driver, Dywane, was punctual and knowledgeable, making our journey enjoyable. He ensured we were comfortable and provided insightful details about each stop. I was surprised that each excursion involved different guides, which may require additional gratuities, so guests should be aware of that. Dywane connected us with a fantastic guide at the Blue Hole, where we had a wonderful time. Although Dunn's River Falls didn't quite meet our expectations, we understand that the experience is dependent on the tour organization rather than Dywane. Overall, this was a fun way to enjoy the island and meet locals while appreciating its natural beauty. I do recommend that the tour operator informs guests that they will encounter various guides during the day. The Blue Hole offered a private setting, but Dunn's River was a more crowded experience due to the tour's structure, which typically doesn’t accommodate small groups.
