This excursion is an absolute must-do. I celebrated my 50th birthday with 12 friends who were ready to have fun, and we had an amazing time on the catamaran. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Mrs. Sharyn made me feel special from the moment I confirmed my reservation and throughout the experience. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for me and my guests. Also, our driver, Bell, was fantastic during the 1.5-hour ride. The captain and crew kept the drinks flowing and maintained the party atmosphere. My 50th birthday celebration will always be memorable.

Extremely crowded. The music didn’t feel like genuine reggae; it was very bland. I perceived this as a tourist trap and it just wasn't my kind of atmosphere.

I wish to convey my utter disappointment with the experience provided by your company. What I anticipated as a relaxing birthday sunset cruise became quite frustrating and uncomfortable. When I booked the 2:00 PM sunset cruise, I was not informed that it would turn into an all-day event. It was only the day before that I learned the pickup time was at 10:30 AM, which felt misleading and like false advertising. Furthermore, the transportation was said to have air conditioning, yet there was none at all. My guest and I suffered through three hours of travel in extreme heat each way, leaving us exhausted and very uncomfortable. To add to our woes, the sunset cruise ended up being stormy. Given the weather, we should have been offered the choice to cancel or reschedule. As a business interacting with travelers, clearer communication regarding weather conditions and possible risks should have been prioritized. In summary, this was not the experience I hoped for, and it was very disappointing that my birthday celebration was tarnished by poor communication and incorrect information. I hope you take this feedback into account to enhance your transparency and communication with future customers.
