We felt safe and well-cared-for, never feeling rushed. It's an ideal choice for both families and groups. This experience truly created lasting memories for us, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone considering booking. Don't miss out; it was the highlight of our entire trip.
The excursion did not meet our expectations. There was no rope swing for the kids and no waterfalls to see. While tubing was enjoyable, it fell short overall. We also weren't informed that the beach required cash, which was an inconvenience.
We booked the river tubing adventure through Royal Caribbean. Upon reaching Falmouth, Jamaica, our expert tour guide Anilia welcomed us. She guided us to the bus, informed us of potential tropical rain, and provided commentary on the drive to the Rio Bueno. Once at the river, we met our river guide, Anthony, who assisted my family with helmets, life vests, and appropriately sized tubes. He provided extra care for my smaller son, ensuring he had a tube with a mesh bottom to keep him secure. Anthony prioritized our enjoyment while ensuring safety. The thrilling white water was enjoyable, and we felt completely secure. In calmer moments, Anthony shared insights about Jamaica and its recovery efforts following a hurricane in the fall of 2025. The tubing felt a bit brief at around 35 minutes, which likely reflects how much fun we were having. We appreciated Anthony's dedication before Anilia and the driver took us to the Bamboo Beach Club for an authentic Jamaican lunch and relaxation on a beautiful beach. It was a fantastic day thanks to Anilia and Anthony.
