I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and eager to help. It was enjoyable overall. The ATV ride was a bit muddy, so be sure to wear appropriate clothing, and while ziplining was intimidating, it was also a lot of fun, and I'm pleased I participated.
Our experience in Jamaica was fantastic. From our driver to the ATV instructors and the food, everything was great. We had a wonderful time and definitely recommend it.
I would rate this experience zero stars if possible. Upon arriving at the cruise terminal, my mother and I were advised to exit the security gate to await transportation from Omega Jamaica Tours rather than being picked up at the terminal. At the end of the gate, a solo male driver arrived without a driver's license and no operating license for Omega Jamaica Tours. This felt very questionable and unsafe, prompting us to skip the excursion altogether. Despite not participating, both the merchants and TripAdvisor chose to keep our money. This experience was frustrating, and it has led me to decide against using TripAdvisor in the future due to their lack of concern for customer safety and inadequate vetting of their merchants. You may have taken my money, but you didn't compromise my safety or freedom.
The experience was rated 3 stars, primarily due to our driver Syd who was outstanding. Unfortunately, the rest of the tour was less enjoyable, with a lot of idle waiting, particularly for those who didn't opt for ziplining. The ATV segment was designed for novices, so don’t anticipate a thrilling ride on advanced trails. Additionally, Rick's Cafe was quite pricey, and jumping off the top cliff only happened if a tip was provided. The tour indicated a sunset viewing, but we departed from Rick's Cafe at 5 PM, and by that time, I was just eager to return home.
Sydoine was an incredible driver, friendly and accommodating. He shared interesting history about Jamaica during our long ride to the excursion. We enjoyed fantastic music and had a wonderful time. We'll definitely book Syd again for our next trip to Jamaica! He ensured we were well taken care of throughout the drive and the excursion.

Syd truly exceeded our expectations. He picked us up from our hotel and provided an exceptional experience. He was very informative, ensured we had everything we needed, and stayed with us throughout the tour, consistently checking in and keeping us updated on what was happening.
Dominique and Daniel were incredible, ensuring my mom felt at ease during the ATV ride. They were excellent instructors who treated us like family. Nazir and Nelson were just as great with the ziplining; we had a fantastic time and laughed throughout. It was my mom's first experience with these activities, and they helped her feel relaxed and comfortable.
