The tour company proved to be unprofessional, providing a guide who was quite rude. Towards the end of the trip, when we wanted to stop at a coffee shop for 45 minutes, the guide threatened to leave without us if we delayed. I had to call the manager to resolve the situation. It seemed that a guide was unnecessary since it was primarily a nature experience. The guide lacked knowledge and mostly just walked alongside us. I recommend avoiding the lunch option; they took us to a hotel restaurant with slow service and mediocre food. The guide acknowledged their inefficiency but mentioned they had a deal with the restaurant, limiting our menu choices. Their adherence to a strict schedule seemed more about their convenience rather than the preferences of the guests. The driver was polite but didn't speak English. In contrast, a different tour company called Hafsatur provided a great experience in Uzongol, with everything managed professionally and reasonable rates.
The trip was incredibly enriching, showcasing stunning sites and breathtaking views. The agency's professionalism was evident, and our driver was respectful and friendly. I recommend requesting Mr. Atta as your driver.
