It felt like a rustic tourist trap, which I expected. The vendors were nice, and it was a decent experience for someone visiting for the first time, but I’m ready to explore other places. The entertainment at the OK Corral was amusing enough for a dusty venue.
It was enjoyable to visit the Bird Cage Theater and see the shootout at the O.K. Corral. The experience is very family-friendly. We also explored the graveyard and found the humorous tombstones entertaining.
Tombstone was a fantastic destination for a history enthusiast like me, although I found it inconvenient that the shops don't open until 10:00. The shop leading to the OK Corral was particularly lovely, and witnessing how the event played out was incredible. I'll always cherish this experience.
The stories shared about life during this historical period were fascinating and highlighted the stark differences from our modern experiences.
This tour was fantastic. It provided a wealth of information. The GPS tracking functioned perfectly, enabling us to stop and explore at our own speed. The narrator had a wonderful voice and delivered the content well.
This was my second experience with the audio tour, and I encountered similar issues. The guide frequently left off mid-sentence in most sections. I made sure to follow all speed limits, but the interruptions were frustrating. At one point, I received a message indicating a loss of location, causing the tour to restart from the beginning. I spent around 20 minutes resolving permission issues without success. Eventually, I carried on, and after a few turns, it resumed normally. There was silence between tracks, and some background music would help reassure users that they remain connected.
This tour led by a renowned historian and author was outstanding. Although he wasn't present in person, the option to download the tour on our smartphone was fantastic. It allowed us to pause and explore historical markers at our leisure. We even took a break for an ice cream cone on a warm day in Tombstone.
The experience did not justify the $10 cost. It felt repetitive, with the same story about the shootout being told multiple times.
I appreciated the flexibility of being able to pause and resume this audio tour at my own pace. The price was also just right. The presenter's voice is deep, clear, and easy to understand.
Upon reaching the designated meeting point at "the birdcage," the tour operators refused to provide the experience, stating they do not collaborate with companies like yours. I would like a refund, as I ended up with no tour.
